The history of the Gandetto family and their hotel began in 1974, when Giuliano and Margherita, after years of experience in the hotel industry, decided to start their own adventure and open a small hotel in the heart of the old village of Gavi, among the Monferrato hills.
Forty years after its inauguration, Hotel Al Castello has modernized its 20 rooms several times. The rooms have a warm and welcoming atmosphere that recalls the old village of Gavi and its expanses of vineyards, and are designed to provide guests with maximum comfort and tranquillity.
Today, the hotel enjoys a privileged position - being located a few kilometers away from Serravalle Designer Outlet, and the tradition is continued by Matteo who, with the originality of today, still retains his parents’ hospitality and welcome.
